Preliminary List of Investigative Topics: 2002-2003

This list was generated at the end of the 2001-2002 academic year by the outgoing Commission on Women and Gender Equity.  One or more of its topics will be chosen by next year’s Commission to focus its work for the year.  During the opening session in September 2002, Commission members will chose a topic, define a research task, lay out the information to complete their task, and set a deadline for completion of a CWGE report containing recommendations on the topic.  Reports will be directed to the Diversity Coordinating Council and the President of the University.

At the conclusion of each academic year, outgoing Commission members will review this list to make additions and deletions that will keep it current.  Incoming Commission members may suggest additions to the list if they choose.
